Setlist Detail

Setlist Detail is the workspace for turning a setlist into the actual running order for a performance. Add songs and memos, arrange them in order, and review sharing or Conductor sync when you need them.

The Setlist List is where you create and open setlists. Setlist Detail is where you shape the order. Item Settings is where you tune one song's audio, timeline, and display settings. Keeping those roles separate makes it easier to know where to make each change.

Item List

This area shows the setlist's songs and memos in performance order. Tap a song card to open it in the score viewer. Use the menu button (⋮) to open item settings, manage audio, edit the name or tags, share the song, or remove it from the setlist. For text-page songs, the same menu also opens text editing. Long-press, or use Select, to choose multiple songs for bulk tag editing or removal from the setlist.

What To Check First

Start with the order: are the songs correct, and are non-song memos in the right places? Before you fine-tune individual scores or audio, make sure the overall flow is right.

Next, scan the information shown on each song card. You can quickly see whether audio, timeline data, BPM, annotations, tags, or per-song display overrides are present. If one song still needs preparation, open that song's settings from its menu.

Adding Songs

Tap Add Song in the bottom-right corner and choose the source. You can import PDFs or images, add from the photo library, reuse an existing song, create a new text page, or add a memo.

When you need to build a setlist quickly, add files or photos in a batch, confirm the song names, and continue. Tags and audio can be cleaned up later, so you do not have to classify everything perfectly at the import step.

Adding Memos

For running-order notes that are not songs, add a setlist memo. They are useful for short labels such as MC notes, breaks, instrument changes, or stage transitions that are not tied to a score or audio.

Memos appear in the setlist order, but they are not songs, so they do not have Conductor song numbers, audio, timelines, or tags. Tap a memo to edit its label and color. Swipe it sideways to remove it from the setlist. In the score viewer, a memo can also appear as a small next-memo cue before you move to the following song.

Arranging the Order

Use the drag handles on cards to reorder songs and memos into the performance flow. The order affects next-song navigation in the score viewer, setlist sharing, and Conductor song mapping.

If this device is currently hosting Local Conductor, changing the song order, song count, or Conductor song numbers prompts you to stop sync first. That prevents connected Viewers from following a changing contract. Finish editing the setlist before becoming Local Conductor whenever possible.

Opening a Song

Tap a song title to go directly to the score viewer for that song. This is the fastest path when you simply want to check the score.

When you need to fine-tune preparation, open Item Settings from the song card menu. That is where you adjust the page range, audio, timeline, BPM, meter, per-song display override, and Conductor song number.

The song menu also lets you manage audio, edit the title, edit tags, send just that song, choose whether playback continues to the next song, or remove the song from this setlist. For a text-page song, choose Edit Text from the song menu when you need to change the body text. Removing a song from the setlist does not permanently delete the original score or audio file.

Selecting Multiple Songs

Use Select to choose multiple songs at once. This is useful when you want to apply tags to several songs or remove several songs from the setlist.

If you tap the share button while songs are selected, only the selected songs are passed to setlist sharing. Use that when you do not need to send the full setlist and only want to share the songs that changed.

Sharing The Setlist

Use the share button in the top-right corner to send the setlist. Setlist sharing can include not only the order, but also the selected songs' page ranges, audio, timelines, tempo, annotations, per-song display overrides, and setlist memos.

Use setlist sharing when you want the whole band to receive the same running order. If you only want to send one song, use Send Song from that song's menu.

Conductor Integration

Use the button at the bottom of the screen to connect to an external Conductor or to make this device become Local Conductor. If you do not use Conductor, you can ignore this area in everyday use.

When connected to an external Conductor, a setlist mapping button appears. Use it before a show to confirm that DAW-side song numbers match the correct songs in Viewer. Set the actual song numbers in Item Settings, and see Conductor Setlist Mapping for how to read the mapping sheet.

When this device becomes Local Conductor, this setlist's order and Conductor song numbers become the source that other Viewers follow. Start Local Conductor only after the order and song numbers are settled.

If You Get Stuck

• If a newly added song is missing, check whether it was added at the end of the setlist, or whether you are filtering/searching by tags elsewhere.
• If the score or audio you want is not available, check Scores & Audio Library to confirm it has been imported.
• If you need a non-song cue, add a Setlist Memo instead of creating a song.
• If only one song needs different audio or display behavior, open Item Settings instead of changing the whole setlist.
• If an edit asks to stop Local Conductor, stop sync before changing the order or song numbers.
