Conductor Setlist Mapping
Conductor Setlist Mapping
This sheet lets you confirm at a glance that Conductor's song numbers match the right songs in Viewer before a show. If you spot a mismatch or an "Unmapped" entry, you can fix it immediately to prevent sync errors.

What to Check on This Sheet
- Song numbers on the Conductor side
- Song names on the Conductor side
- The song assigned to each number in Viewer
- Whether any songs remain unmapped (displayed as "Unmapped")
Refreshing Setlist Data
If you change the setlist in Conductor, tap the refresh button in the top right to fetch the latest data. This button is only shown while connected to Conductor.
When to Use This
Useful when a song change from Conductor opens the wrong song, or when you want to review the song number assignments before a show.
Avoiding Duplicate Song Numbers
Viewer can use an explicit song number, or derive one from the song's setlist position when the field is blank. Make every effective number unique across the setlist, including collisions between explicit numbers and position-derived numbers.
With duplicate numbers, this sheet can appear to map the number to one song while a Conductor change opens the first song using that number. If the wrong song opens, stop synchronization and assign non-overlapping numbers in Item Settings. Then reconnect or resynchronize Conductor and verify the mapping again before the show.
