Setlist Item Detail

Setlist Item Detail is the screen you open when you want to carefully configure a single song (setlist item). Score range, audio, page turns, tempo, display settings, and Conductor song number assignments — everything that affects how a song performs live is set here.

What You Can Configure Here

How to Read the Screen

Top Card

Shows a summary of the currently selected song: its name, position in the setlist, page range, display settings, and playback details. This is also your starting point when you want to step through and adjust multiple songs one by one.

Files

Where you review and change the combination of score, audio, and page turns. Use this section when you want to swap a score, attach an audio file, or reassign page turns.

Playback

Adjust duration, BPM, time signature, Audio Offset (sec), and bar offset. Helper actions — such as reading BPM from a score ("From Score") or detecting BPM from an audio file ("Detect from Audio") — are also grouped here.

Score

Switch the score type or set the start and end pages used within the setlist. Handy when you only want to use part of a longer score.

Display Settings

Use this when you want this song to look different from the global settings. For example: "continuous scroll for this song only" or "different text page appearance for this song only."

Page-Turn Cues & Conductor

View the list of cues in the page turns and check Conductor song number assignments. If you're using automatic page turns or DAW integration in your show, give this a final check before you go on.

  1. Check the score and set the page range.
  2. Attach audio and page turns as needed.
  3. Verify BPM and time signature to align page-turn cues.
  4. Override display settings for any song that needs an exception.
