Setlist List

The Setlist List is the first screen you see when you open PagePilot Viewer. Your preparation starts here — create a setlist for each show or rehearsal and gather the songs you need.

What You Can Do Here

Getting Started

We recommend creating one setlist per performance event. Even as your song count grows, organizing by setlist means you won't be scrambling right before a show.

Common Actions

Create a Setlist

Tap the add button in the bottom-right corner to create a new setlist. Adding tags along with a name makes it much easier to find later.

Find a Setlist

Press the search button to use name search and tag filtering together. Tagging by event name, ensemble type, or date — whatever works for you — keeps things easy to find.

Organize Multiple Setlists

Enter selection mode to apply the same tag to multiple setlists at once, or delete them in bulk. Getting organized ahead of time keeps your score preparation workflow much smoother.

Permanently Delete a Setlist

Use a setlist's menu, or Delete in selection mode, to permanently delete one or more setlists. This deletes the setlist itself, its entries, and their running order. It does not move the setlist to Trash and cannot be undone.

Reusable song records, scores, and audio remain in the library. Deleting the setlist does not delete those source assets with it. The current final confirmation uses a generic irreversible-delete message, so verify the target name and this deletion scope before proceeding.

If you only want to remove one song from a setlist, remove the item from Setlist Detail instead. That action does not delete the source score. Its impact is different from permanently deleting the setlist itself.
