A sheet for searching across scores, audio, setlists, and songs to jump quickly to what you need.
Global Search
Global Search
Global Search is for those moments when you are not sure where something lives, but you know the name or a tag. It searches across scores, audio, setlists, and songs (setlist items) all at once, making it useful for last-minute checks before a show.

What You Can Do Here
- Search for scores or setlists by partial name
- Combine tags to narrow down results
- Filter by type: scores, audio, setlists, or songs
- Open a result directly from the list
When to Use It
Use Global Search when you remember the song title but not the setlist name, when you only need to find audio, or when you want to track down show-ready data by tag.
Opening a Result
Tapping a result takes you to the right place — the score viewer, setlist detail, or Scores & Audio Library screen, depending on the type. Tapping a song takes you to the item detail for that song within its setlist. Keep this sheet in mind as your "lost and found" — it saves a lot of back-and-forth between screens.
If You Get Stuck
- If you cannot find what you are looking for, try searching with just part of the name, or filter by tag. If items have no tags, use Bulk Tag Editing to add tags in bulk so they are easier to find next time.
- Setting the type filter back to "All" can surface results you may have missed.
Related Screens
- To organize your scores and audio from a list view, open Scores & Audio Library.
- To browse by setlist, use Setlist List.
