A sheet for adding or removing the same tag across multiple items at once.
Bulk Tag Editor
Bulk Tag Editor
The Bulk Tag Editor is for when you want to organize multiple setlists or library items in one go. You can apply tags like event name, instrumentation, seasonal set, or "in rehearsal" to many items at once, making them much easier to find later.

What You Can Do Here
- Create a new tag on the spot
- Add an existing tag to all selected items
- Remove a tag from all selected items
- Preview the number of additions and removals before confirming
When to Use It
It is handy when you want to tag several rehearsal setlists with the same label, or when you want to organize a batch of scores in your library.
A Note on Tag Consistency
Changes here are applied to all selected items at once. To avoid ending up with near-duplicate tags, try to choose from the existing suggestions or keep your spelling consistent when entering new ones.
If You Get Stuck
- To undo changes, close the sheet before confirming — that cancels all edits. Once confirmed, there is no bulk undo, but you can remove tags item by item in Scores & Audio Library or Setlist List.
