Choose Existing Song Or Score

"I used this song in a previous setlist" or "I only need to replace this score." Use this sheet to find songs or scores that are already in PagePilot Viewer.

What you choose depends on where you opened the sheet. When adding an existing song to a setlist, you choose a song. When replacing or selecting a score in song settings, you choose a score from the library.

Choosing An Existing Song

In Choose Where to Add From, choose From Library, then Song, to open the song picker. You can search by song title, source score name, or audio file name.

Choosing an existing song brings more than the score into the setlist item. It can carry the page range, audio, timeline duration, audio start time, bar-number correction, and other settings prepared for the song. Use it when you want to reuse preparation from a previous show.

If the same song is used in multiple setlists, editing the shared song later can affect other items that reference it. When you need a separate version, open Item Settings and duplicate before editing when appropriate.

Choosing Only A Score

When you replace a score from song settings, the library score picker opens. In that case, you are choosing a score file, not a full song.

The score picker lets you search by score name and filter by tags. Use the page count and tags to find the PDF, image, or text page you need.

If you want to reuse audio or timeline preparation too, adding an existing song is usually the better path.
