Verify at a glance that Conductor song numbers match the correct songs in Viewer.

Conductor Setlist Mapping

Use this sheet to check that a song change from Conductor opens the song you expect on your Viewer. It helps when checking the running order before a show or when the wrong song opens. This sheet is read-only; opening it does not change song numbers.

Check the Mapping

  1. While connected to Conductor, select the list button in the Conductor section of Setlist Detail. From Item Settings, select Show Setlist.
  2. In Conductor Setlist, check each song number and name. The name after the arrow should be the song you want to open on this Viewer.
  3. Change songs on the host and check that Viewer opens the intended song.

A mapped song name appears in green. Unmapped means no song matches that number. After changing Conductor's setlist, select the refresh button in the top right and check the latest list. The button appears only while connected.

If the Wrong Song or “Unmapped” Appears

Before continuing to sync during a show, correct Conductor Song # in Item Settings. Changing the number changes which song opens in this setlist.

Song numbers can be entered explicitly or taken from the song's position when the field is blank. Avoid duplicates across both kinds.

For example, in a five-song setlist, entering “3” for only the fourth song leaves the third song automatically numbered 3 as well. When Conductor sends number 3, the explicit number wins and the fourth song opens. This list alone can hide the duplicate.

After assigning non-overlapping numbers, reconnect or resync Conductor, then check both the list and actual song changes again. If the right song opens but page turns do not line up, check that Viewer's score and cues. Conductor does not send scores or cues.
