PagePilot Beta Tester Application and Distribution Privacy Policy¶
Last updated: July 12, 2026
Katsushi Kawato ("we", "us") sets out this policy for PagePilot beta-tester applications and prerelease distribution (the "Program").
This policy applies to applying for the Program and receiving prerelease builds through TestFlight or Firebase App Distribution. Information handling by the app and by the support channel is described separately in the App Privacy Policy and the Support Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect¶
We collect:
- Whether you request iOS / iPadOS or Android prerelease access.
- The email address to which TestFlight or Firebase App Distribution should send an invitation.
- Application and consent times, distribution-registration results, and records of duplicate or failed registrations.
- Technical information needed to prevent abuse. We may retain irreversible hashes of IP address and browser information for application-rate limiting.
We do not ask for passwords, authentication codes, access tokens, payment information, the contents of scores, setlists, or text pages, or support-request content in the application.
2. How We Use Information¶
We use this information only to enroll you in the Program, distribute prerelease builds, manage distribution status and duplicate applications, prevent abuse, contact you about enrollment, and operate the Program.
3. Sharing with Distribution Providers¶
Depending on the platform you request, we provide your email address to:
- Apple Inc., through TestFlight and App Store Connect, for iOS / iPadOS.
- Google LLC, through Firebase App Distribution, for Android.
Each provider handles information according to its own privacy policy and terms. We use Cloudflare, Inc. Pages Functions and D1 to process and record the application form.
4. Retention and Deletion¶
We generally retain application and consent records for 12 months after the Program ends or you withdraw. When distribution access is no longer needed, we remove you from the TestFlight and Firebase App Distribution groups within a reasonable period. Provider backups or records may not be deleted immediately.
5. If You Do Not Consent¶
If you do not want your information handled as described in this policy, do not apply for the Program. This does not restrict ordinary use of the app or the support channel.
6. Requests to Access, Correct, or Delete Information¶
To request access, correction, deletion, or termination of prerelease access, use the contact page and include the email address used for your application. We may request information needed to verify your identity.
7. Changes to This Policy¶
We may review this policy when distribution methods, providers, or applicable law change. We will announce material changes on this page.
