MIDI Device Picker

Open this sheet when you want to connect an external MIDI keyboard to use with the piano keyboard feature. Simply pick your device from the list of Bluetooth or USB instruments and you are ready to play.

What You Can Do Here

• Scan for available MIDI devices
• Check which device is currently connected
• Disconnect when needed

Using BLE Devices

BLE MIDI devices are convenient, but combining them with Bluetooth audio output can introduce noticeable latency. The on-screen notice is there to help you avoid that problem in real-world use.

If You Get Stuck

• If a device does not appear in the list, make sure Bluetooth is turned on in your device's settings. BLE devices may need to be scanned again within the app even if they were previously paired.
• If a device appears in the list but will not connect, check whether it is already connected to another device or app. A BLE MIDI device that still has an active connection elsewhere may not be discoverable or connectable.
