A sheet for adjusting the metronome voice and accent settings while previewing the audio live.
Metronome Settings
Metronome Settings
Open this sheet whenever you want to make the click more distinctive or punch up the downbeat accent. Because it is accessible at any time during score viewing, it also works well for a final check right before a show.

What You Can Do Here
- Choose the metronome voice
- Preview the audio to hear how it will come across
- Toggle whether the downbeat (beat 1) gets an accent
- Toggle the bouncing ball that bounces on each beat along the timeline
- Tune the click for intelligibility on your current output setup
When to Use It
A setting that sounds clear in a quiet room may not cut through in a rehearsal or show venue. Think of this sheet — accessible while the score is open — as the place to do your final tweak while listening through the actual output.
If You Get Stuck
- If the metronome click is inaudible, check the output volume. Verify that the metronome output destination is set correctly in Mixer Settings.
- If the tempo or beat feel seems off, review the Anchor cue settings. You can check the tempo baseline in Cue Details.
